Exchanges

Unworn sarees with their tags intact can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, on production of the bill.

Refunds

Where an exchange is not possible we will discuss a refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to reach you.

Not covered

Pieces that have been cut, stitched, pre-draped, dry cleaned or altered in any way cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damage

If you believe a piece has a weaving fault, bring it to us within 7 days and we will inspect it with you.
